Reserving A Photography Team for Your Date

All of our photography teams are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your wedding date, simply call or e-mail us and let us know that you are ready to book and which package you have selected. We will tentatively hold your date pending completion of the contract process and payment of a non-refundable 25% deposit.

Backups and Contingency Plans

Our company policies and procedures include extensive contingency planning that helps ensure that we will be able to perform our contracted responsibilities even in the most unlikely of circumstances. Backup equipment, a network of experienced photographers, alternate methods of transportation and other proprietary measures provide peace of mind that we'll be there when you need us. However, we cannot be held responsible for non-performance of contracted obligations due to certain events including, but not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the event by the Client, riots, war, acts of God (including floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions and widespread damage due to other natural disasters), acts of government and other actions of Authorities that are beyond our control.
